Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Soft Life With Latauria. We are committed to delivering your products as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 2–7 business days after payment has been received and verified.
Processing times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, holidays, or fulfillment partner processing schedules.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.
Digital Products
Digital products, including but not limited to eBooks, guides, journals, meal plans, courses, printables, and downloadable resources, are delivered electronically.
Digital products are typically available immediately after purchase or sent via email within 24 hours.
No physical shipment is required for digital products.
Physical Product Shipping
Many of our physical products are produced and fulfilled through trusted print-on-demand and fulfillment partners.

Lost Packages
If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.
We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
Delivered but Not Received
Once a carrier marks a package as delivered, responsibility transfers to the recipient.
If your tracking information shows delivery but you cannot locate your package:
- Check around your property
- Contact neighbors or building management
- Contact the shipping carrier directly
Soft Life With Latauria is not responsible for stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in product pricing or shipping fees.
